Each year, the Madison County Fair Association opens the Expo building on the upper level, along with various prime spots throughout the fairgrounds, providing individuals, clubs, non-profit organizations, and farms the opportunity to set up booths that showcase their sales, services, and missions, as well as offer food services.

Vendors who participated in the 2025 fair will receive priority to return before applications from new vendors are accepted. To maintain variety, we do not accept multiple vendors selling the same product or merchandise (for example, multiple vendors offering the same product, such as Pampered Chef, and duplicate food vendors.
